I started as a service crew in fast food industry I was assign in cashier and at the same time in cooking preparing foods. Then I jump to bpo industry which i been working as an agent for 2 years and 3months. Handling a customer with a pleasant personality and approach will leads to good customer interactions, I enjoy to be honest working with assisting customer with their needs in a product that company offfers. And as I handle different types of customer I was enable to be transparent with various customers emotions.
