I’m mature and have a stable personality, good interpersonal relations, good communication, and coordination skills, a strong sense of responsibility, good team spirit, not afraid of difficulties, dare to meet challenges, accept the ability to be strong, positive life and work attitude, and hope to improve their own continuous progress. I'm a former service crew, customer service representative, and a working student. I've encountered many difficulties and happyexperiences with customers, including complaints and inadequate customer behavior. As for those negative experiences, while I'm working, I acknowledge it as my strength to strive more in engaging to give our valuable customers good quality service. I'm as well exposed to different fields, by handling costumers through phone calls up to a face to face setting. I am knowledgeable enough on working Microsoft Documents, Excels, and even important aspects of Google-driven applications. I didn't see my age as a hindrance on going beyond boundaries, however, this excites me more to learn new things that makes me a better person.
