I’m an Accounting Staff for more than four years of different private companies here in the Philippines. With a job to do the following tasks;
• Validating cash & check disbursement checking proper attachment
• Monitoring petty cash fund
• Preparing requests for payment for monthly obligations ensuring that payables are paid on time to avoid distraction in the operation
• Performing bank reconciliation as part of the validation
• Preparing Monthly Income Statement
• Receiving Spare Parts delivery according to Standard Operation Procedure.
• Ensuring that all parts received are in good condition.
• Conduct Monthly Parts Inventory thru SAP and reporting variance.
• Preparation of Monthly Parts Sales Report
• Process payment for freight charges
• Entering invoices in the system (SAP) for proper accounting of payables.
• Conduct Monthly Technician
Before I finished my study, I also worked as a Graphic/Layout Artist with actual duties as follows:
• Editing promotional videos needed of our clients using Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere.
• Editing photos as instructed by our clients using Adobe Photoshop
• Making tutorial videos, syncing audio made by our client to actual videos I’dmade.
Lastly, I am a Bachelor of Science in Accounting Technology graduate. I finished my study being a working student, having 8 hours job in daylight and 4 hours of class at night. This thing need not to be bragged, but I just want my future clients to know that I am a hardworking person, a team player, a fast learner, passionate and eager to learn new things.
