Moreover, we monitor our Top 50 SKUs which among them are critically out of stock and completely out of stock. Eliminating SKUs beyond 100 days of DSI to achieve a spacious warehouse. Worked closely with the sales team in conducting a comparative analysis between sales historical patterns versus forecasted sales to discuss the disparities of seasonality demand. Lastly, spoke to multiple suppliers to ensure timely delivery of packaging materials and finished goods.
Moreover, I also have experience in Data Encoding where my primary responsibility includes inputting data from various sources like delivery receipts, accounts receivables, and accounts payables into our system, ensuring accuracy. I also perform error checks, compare reports for expense alignment, and provide instructions to delivery personnel for efficient workflow.
