Senior Process Executive - Ads campaign Implementer

I've been in the BPO industry for more than a decade already and basically I've handled several roles from it.
* Senior Process Executive - Responsible for executing Campaign implementations in the Americas for an Online Ads Account
* Senior Process Associate - doing Telemarketing for 5 years for a Telco campaign and Real Estate Energy campaign in Australia
* General Care Rep - focusing on giving excellent customer service while doing basically everything like troubleshooting, payment arrangements and collections, selling, and dealing customer inquiries.
* Email Support - responding courteously to customers looking for Experts to assist them to any concerns they have whether medical condition, home remedies, school tasks, pet problems, etc.
My goal is to secure a challenging position in a reputable organization to expand my learning, knowledge and skills, and to secure a responsible career opportunity to fully utilize my training and skills while making contribution to the success of the company.
