I spent 14 years in the BPO industry, where I worked as an Agent, Mentor/Subject Matter Expert, and Team Leader handling technical support, retention, and sales accounts. In addition, I have 3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant specializing in phone sales, customer service, appointment setting, and client communication.
As a Team Leader, I managed teams of 15 to 20 agents, providing coaching, performance management, and sales support to help them achieve their targets. I was also responsible for administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, payroll, and performance tracking. These experiences strengthened my leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
As a Virtual Assistant, I have worked directly with customers over the phone, handling inbound and outbound calls, closing sales, scheduling appointments, following up with leads, and providing excellent customer service. I am comfortable working independently, managing multiple tasks, and maintaining a professional and positive customer experience.
I am proficient in various tools and platforms, including Microsoft Office, Zoom, Webex, Slack, CRM systems, and other business applications. I am highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to continue learning new skills that will help me contribute to your business.
I am available to work 40 hours per week, have a reliable internet connection and equipment, and can start immediately. I am also open to discussing compensation based on the role and responsibilities.
