I am currently working as Financial Planning Assistant for almost two years now at Navwealth Financial Group, a financial advice firm in ----------- this position I am responsible for form preparation, implementation, lodgment, calendar, product research, email communication, client calls, Fee consents, Annual Advice Agreements, and any assistance that the financial advisers need.
Before I became a financial planning assistant, I worked in BPO company which is the Optum Global Solutions for 3 years as my very first ----------- is a health care account based in USA to which my main task is to take calls fro-----------mbers who wants to refill their maintenance medications. Most of them are elderly people and it helped me a lot to nurture mu character development.
