As a QA I Perform quality analysis to agents and is capable of identifying root causes and can create relevant action items to improve and sustain performance. I also facilitate roadshows and attend weekly calibration for process alignment and clarifications. Performs regular quality audit or evaluation based on standard sampling and rubrics to ensure delivery is consistent and at par with client standards.

I also have a side hustle working as a freelance photographer during my spare time for 7 years. I capture and cover children's party, Baptismal, Debut and wedding as well. Honestly, I really enjoy this part time job as I was able to experience communicating and connecting with different people and clients.
