communication skills, i have expierence in customer service. i feel so much fun and i loved doing communicating people esepecially the customer.

Critical thinking and problem solving skills- in my previous job in a customer service i enhance my critical thinking and problem solving skills because there's a lot of time the customer calling about their problems asking for help so i need to know what's the problem i will listen first and analyzed the problem and think the best solutions that i can do including the company procedures. and then also my Comprehension skill will more effective .
