I worked as a Virtual Medical Assistant for 19 months, and as VMA I was responsible for:
• Checking and Entering details filled up in the intake form like personal, insurance, and referral information.
• Uploading of patient intake and other paperwork's to the EMR.
• Works with the verification team by ensuring that the information in the intake are completed and uploaded.
• And QA of patient paperwork's.
