Being a mentor is not just teaching or training them to be good employees but also a better person. Being a good individual is also one way of bringing them to the Top.
When I do Marketing I always put my self in the clients shoes, it is one way of meeting their demands.
I know how to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point. As I always use it in my reports.
I also conduct seminars to schools regarding my industry.
