For the past 3 years as a Chat support/ chat moderator, I have been actively involved in different project in which I am responsible in monitoring chat rooms to ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines, engage with chat room participants to facilitate conversation and create a positive community atmosphere. As well as respond to user inquiries and provide the assistance they ----------- addition to that, I am also responsible in keeping all the records and chat room activity and user’s complaints accurately.
