I've been in BPO industry for 8 years. My most recent job is operations supervisor in BPO company. I am handling a team with 18 teammates. My task includes updating and coaching the team about the strengths and opportunities, monitoring the individual and team performance on a daily basis, and submit daily and weekly reports regarding the team performance and other deliverables. My main goal as a leader is to help the company and my team grow.
