I am responsible in taking Customer's service requirements, preparing troubleshooting and repair quotations, order/monitor needed repair parts, turn-over troubleshooting/repair schedules and discuss/update Customer with regards to their requirements such as troubleshooting requests and repair statuses. I also discuss with Customer with regards to the generated/requested quotations, in a way I could help/address their specific requirements/clarifications.
