I am a chef turned virtual assistant. My career as a virtual assistant started on July of 2018. I was hired as a junior client services specialist to cater to in coming leads that needs virtual -----------'s a VA agency company that offers different services such as eCommerce, Administrative, Social Media Marketing, etc.
My primary role was to interact and assist our would be clients into the company's hiring process until the point of hire. I helped them create job descriptions, assist in candidates selection, interview, and payroll processing. I speak with different clients from all around the world on a daily basis and I am quite confident in conversational abilities.
