I was a Technical support representative and customer service representative for almost 10 years and 5 years experience as freelancer. Working with telco companies when I was in technical and customer service and handling billing, troubleshooting and complaints department. I was also assigned as a Back of house agent doing high level complaints and technical concerns on business clients. During my first year in freelancing I was a data encoder and researcher and was with the company for over a year. My 4 years of freelancing is mostly cold calling and appointment setter for medical companies and insurances.
