I have 5 years of experience working in a Japanese owned electronics manufacturing company all under Human Resources. Because of that, I was able to expose and familiarize myself with the different facets of HR including but not limited to administrative/paper works, facilitating and hosting company activities, recruitment, policies, etc. I am a very flexible person as I can work independently as well as in group. Being employed in a manufacturing set-up, I have strong analytical and numerical skills as I handle manpower planning and employees movements. Lastly, as someone who’s an achiever, data driven, fast learner, and a goal oriented person, I am confident that you wouldn’t spend a long time training me. I have initiative so I can work with minimal supervision.
