For more than three (3) years, -----------stro has immersed himself in the various fields of law through his boutique law firm practice. He has handled both civil and criminal litigation – he is specifically in-charge of client engagement, case build-up, pleading and documentary preparation, and representation before first and second-level courts in the Philippines He also handles the firm’s labor retainer agreement and dispute resolution cases which allows him to experience the practice of employment contract drafting and review, as well as the mediation, settlement, and litigation before the Department of Labor and Employment. Lastly, -----------stro has also been engaged with corporate due diligence and housekeeping measures as he handles the drafting, review, and advisory involving relevant data privacy contracts, non-disclosure agreements, master services and outsourcing agreements, information technology statement of work and proposals of the Philippines’ biggest conglomerate and banking institution.
