I had received my Bachelor of Science in Psychology in Xavier University- Ateneo de Cagayan. I believe that my academic records as well as my involvements in the field of Human Resource gave me the opportunities to lead, initiate and manage as well as developing the ability to integrate with people with different levels and social backgrounds which I think is one of the very essentials to the organization’s success.
