I worked in the BPO industry or call center industry for almost 4 years. Ive handled local and international accounts mainly in telco, educational courses, technical and even financial accounts. I also worked with HR field as a compensation and benefits specialist. Though its a short stint, Ive learned so many stuff in this industry. I had a chance to know what it feels to be in HR since this is my passion why I pursue BS Psychology. I worked with diverse people and this in turn it makes me adaptable to any environment. Im a fast learner but with proper training, I can grasp it effectively and efficiently. I can work overtime if the work still needs me and I really determine to get my work done.
