Hi! I'm Alexandra Santoyo 23 years old. I am working in the BPO industry for 23 months and counting as a Customer Representative. I am equip with knowledge on how to help different kind of customer and resolve in a timely matter. I have been in an Voice account which is inbound and outbound calls and also non-voice which is a chat account. I believe that I can be one of the best team player and easy to teach with and can work under minimal assistance.
I believe that once I am hired I will do my best to gain more knowledge and also help the company by making sure that I can help/assist any customer in chat or in calls.
