I am a graduate of Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in English and passed the licensure examination for teachers in 2017. I am imaginative and innovative when it comes to working under pressure. I can say that my special strengths are my communication and writing skills. I can work well in a team environment but can also manage working by myself. For the past 5 years since I graduated, I have been working as a customer service representative, proofreader, and service manager.
