Virtual Assistant

I’ve been working since I was 18 right after I graduated college from a 2 years course for Information Technology.

I started working as Service Crew for almost a year and then became a call center agent for almost 6 years.

However, pandemic happened that’s why I d----------- to be a Virtaul Assistant.

I’ve been Virtual Assistant since 2021 and I already had 7 clients from different Countries/States such as California, Pennsylvania, Florida, Utah, and Australia. Some of them was for part-time and some was for full-time.

I’ve been handling my client’s social media accounts, publish FB Ads, publish newsletter too through MailChimp and KW Command. I also do data entry and property/email management using my client’s CRM and their personal/work emails.

I’m also capable of photo and video editing through Canva, Spark, and sometimes Adobe After Effects for more editing features.

I schedule posts through DigiStack and Preview App.

Part of my task was to assign initials/signatures on documents or disclosures then send those to leads through Skyslopes Forms, DocuSign, and Dotloop.

I also use my client’s own CRM to manage and track leads.

Follow and do task through Asana, Monday, and ClickUp.
