Graduated with Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. I am a registered nurse here in the Philippines and also in USA (NY). I am also a Certified Medical Coder since 2013 where I have a vast experience specifically with inpatient coding. My recent roles were Inpatient QA/Auditor and DRG/Clinical Validator. I am skilled and exposed at different areas such as cardiovascular, respiratory, gastrointestinal, musculoskeletal, obstetric/newborn, gynecology, trauma cases, etc., in my coding field. Also, I perform duties utilizing techniques within the ICD-10, PCS, CPT, and DRG standards.
