I worked as a Team lead and handled a team in BPO to supervise them and make sure they meet their KPI's. I also worked as Quality Assurance for 3yrs, going 4yrs now. I also manage to create a standardized workflow for my previous project handled account to improve their process with high efficiency rating and less errors.
