I am a self-starter, multi-tasker. My past responsibilities include customer service and technical support for various accounts from Australia, China, and America. I am also a recruitment specialist. I should say I am already accomplished at being a Customer Service Support/Representative because I have been in the field for almost 7 years. Most of the tasks I made are Email Support (inbound/outbound), Facebook and Instagram Moderation, and Appointment Setting. I have experience with guesty, hostaway, Airbnb, ----------- , VRBO and other booking platforms where I am answering guests inquiries, processing refunds, checking availability of the properties or blocking dates through calendar, creating manual reservations, sending special offers, etc. I am also finding applicants on different platforms, conducting initial to final interviews, job postings. Most of the tasks I have already done are based on my experience in working online. I have managed to assist clients with general administrative tasks already. I am proficient in the following: - Chat, Calls, and Email Handling. I have an eye for detail and can work on my own with minimal supervision.
