As a Fixed Asset (PPE) accounting specialist handling certain business units in North America, my current role is to:
• timely record capital expenditures once received by the business unit & upon completion of projects.
• accurately posting and recording of monthly depreciation expense & accumulated depreciation of CapEx additions.
• efficiency in providing monthly monitoring and reports to clients.
• Monitoring, creation & releasing of Internal Order Number for on-going projects insuring all charges were accurately captured.
• Quarterly Report of Sales Tax for all Fixed Asset Additions.
My task is completed in SAP & ORACLE ERP.
I am also knowledgeable in Microsoft office applications such as Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
And attended trainings in Project Managements & Design Thinking Essentials that enhance my ability to creatively think in more ways to handle tasks effectively & efficiently.
