I have been a Quantity Surveyor and an Office Engineer at the same time for about a year and a half now. I usually quantify materials, especially on the architectural part of a project. Also, I do quotations and cost comparisons for cost/profit monitoring. Moreover, it has been part of my job to do accomplishment reports as well as progress billings.
