I set an appointment with my boss if there is a lead who has an interest of selling or purchasing a property. I build rapport, do follow-ups, identify leads that needs to keep or to archive. I handle posting my boss' weekly and monthly reports through their business social media accounts like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube and Google Business Pro.
I was also a cold caller at the same time an appointment setter to a company who offers refinancing for -----------ing a CRM, we call, send text messages, email and leave a voicemail to our leads. If a live client is interested, we connect them to our manager to verify what we could offer. I was also a virtual assistant to a company that offers funding opportunities for small and medium businesses. We talk to business owners and qualify them with a series of questions for us to identify their financial needs. Then we recommend funding solutions like business loan if they qualify.
