I graduated as a Cum Laude with the degree of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration majoring in Marketing Management back in June 2022. At the same time, I also started as a customer service representative last 2021 and after 8 months, I was promoted to Product Trainer. So yes, I was a working student but I was able to excel both in School and at work. As a Product Trainer, we are training a handful of agents about our account, and customer handling for almost 2 years. With that, I was able to strenghten both of my soft and hard skills which I acquired from my 4 years of college, having my on-the-job training in the Marketing field, and while working in a BPO Company so I believe I am equipped to be hired because aside from the skills that I possess, I am also experienced in customer relations, product promotions, and accountable of the task I am assigned to do. <!-----------tes/files/clipdata/clipdata_bodytext_241111_212545_566.sdocx-->
