-I'm the one encoding patients in the EMR system,
-encoding the demographic record of the patients while interviewing the patients on the spot
- encoding the vital signs
-encoding the patient's results in the emr
- editing and correcting
- and as well as trancribing the doctors recommendation and priscriptions.
- i have experinced also in doing patients report like patient have executive check up all the procedures done with the patients are transcribing into a report, which you mainly need to transcibe and evaluate if the procedure made like laboratory results are normal or not and make it in a report format for patients to understand it well.
- I'm also assessing employees health and safety as well as the risk assessment exposure of the employees to covid 19 virus.
