•Our main role is to provide essential support to computer software
and hardware to all end-users, patrons, tea-----------mbers related to all
technical issues.
• Typical tasks would include upgrades, repairs, troubleshooting
computer from external to internal. Fix Casino tables like baccarat,
roulette, sicbo, online tables, etc. Also, assisting hotel tea-----------mbers
in the area of creating patron’s cardkey, guest connecting to Wi-Fi, or
any customer devices issues.
• Proactively configure POS machines or workstations of restaurants
inside Solaire, from ordering to receipt copy until kitchen printing.
• Monitors inventory lists, for all the units of tea-----------mber, from
request, to checking of units’ availability, to deployment.
• Installs and investigates applications issues across several different
kinds of end-user. For instance, a finance team user requests
assistance. As a technician we install applications used by their
perspective team, and if user is from Gaming team, we install Gaming
applications. And so on and so forth.
• Performs all assigned duties efficiently and technically correctly,
follows company policies, rules and regulations, and request of all
superiors and bosses.
• Working across the organization to provide effective communication
on IT matters and build relationships with other teams to ensure
effective dialogue between departments and customer request to
manage and to resolve issues in a timely manner.
