I've had 14 years of experience in the Business Process Outsourcing industry in the Philippines, or as we locally call it, "Call Center Industry". I am consistently performing at the top and had a variety of exposure to different tasks and jobs.
All the jobs I had are non-voice - email, chat, back-office set up, admin and moderator tasks. This does not limit my capabilities though when it comes to verbal communication.
I still have a strong background when it comes to tech stuff. I'm a tech savvy and I always make sure I'm up to date with the latest we have in the market. I opt to receive contacts through email and online message as I see it is more efficient and basically accessible anywhere. I'm always on the go and I make sure I always have my phone with me.
I'm also a hobbyist. I build plastic models (gunpla) and that requires a high level of attention to details, with precise and accurate results. I've had no problems investing in the right tools to use to get the job done perfectly.
I'm into long distance running and through it I've developed my stamina and endurance. I can last longer doing a task than a normal person would. It also help developed my patience and discipline as I need to be consistent with it, and flexible at the same time since dedicating yourself to running will also require you to find time within the day to at least do a quick run around the neighborhood.
