I studied Bachelor of Arts major in Aviation Communication, I have work experience in the US Healthcare industry as I am working in health insurance account. I worked for Accenture Inc. as a customer service representative and our clients were Aetna and Medicare. For my current job, I am working for Optum Global Solutions under UnitedHealth Group as a customer service representative as well. My role is to collect clinicals to be submitted and viewed by a care advocate and provide pre-certification authorization requests if available for providers.
