I play fundamental role in the success of the recruiting strategy that I employ in collaboration with my Recruitment Business Partners which are based both in Hong Kong and Singapore. I work closely with RBPs and Hiring Managers to attract and engage top talents. I am an expert in utilizing the application tracking system to identify and engage with candidates looking to build their careers in HSBC.
