I am Rochelle Anne D. Delos Santos 20 years old. I already have an experience as a technical service support in call center for 7 months and is working now as a chat specialist in one of the call center agencies in the Philippines. I was a very hardworking employee and can work full time. Also I am very knowledgeable in regards of customer's handling. I can work in shifting schedules and can work more than 40 hours a week. If there is something that I still need to work on my skills, i'd be willingly learn it. I can easily learn the tools that we'll be needing at work with the help of the training.
