• Monitors, debugs, and maintains robotic workstations
• Configures One Time Setup (OTS) of new robot workstations. (VM, Remote)
• Updates and monitors Smart Scheduler and Native Scheduler of robots
• Creates monthly reports for all robots’ datum (run time, effectiveness, and efficiency)
• Updates workstation schedules for client’s visibility as part of daily tasks
• Fulfills requests for application team, such as robot’s queue reports, session logs to config for analysis
