I've worked in various customer service roles throughout my career, from hospitality, sales and retention and my most recent job was with VXI Global Holdings for more than four years.
I started as agent then after i got regular i was leveled up to team manager, and the most fullfilling part was last 2022 when i got promoted as Operations Manager for Customer Service and sales.
