I've been working with HR Industry for some quite time and I am familiar with different HR functions like recruitment, onboarding, organizational development,employee relation and benefits. I am also a licensed psychometrician that can be useful in test administration and scoring that will be necessary for employee assessment. I've been also in teaching profession that I can use in some situation. I am a pro-active and smart worker. I am keen to details and I am careful with my decisions. I will apply all my learnings and experience to my future work.
