As a project manager, I lead complex and strategic projects for clients across various industries, such as Tech, HR, food, retail, banking and FMCG. I manage all aspects of project delivery, from initiation, planning, execution, monitor/controlling to closure, ensuring quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
I have over ten years of experience in project/delivery management, with a focus on digital transformation, data and analytics, point-of-sale, and telecommunications. I have successfully delivered multiple projects using agile, waterfall, or hybrid methodologies, and I am proficient in using Azure DevOps, MS Project, and other tools. I hold a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Bulacan State University. I am passionate about solving business problems with data and technology, and I constantly seek to learn new skills and improve my competencies.
