Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements. Provide detailed takeoffs in several divisions to provide accurate data for procurement purposes. Conduct value engineering exercises on projects as required to reduce cost or cut waste. Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessments, etc. Responsible for measurement of quantities & cost estimation. Procurement for both Materials and works Assist in Variation Order. Coordinates with manager and site engineers to cater to requisitions. Provide estimates and costs for incoming materials and work.
