I have solid experience designing and estimating beams, trusses, wall frames, and floor systems for New Zealand projects using MiTek software. I am highly proficient in Bluebeam Revu, PlanSwift, Excel, and AutoCAD for quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and drawing preparation.
My professional background includes preparing estimates and technical drawings for residential, commercial, and warehouse developments while ensuring compliance with relevant standards. I also have experience as an Estimator specializing in stair nosing, tactile indicators, carpark fixtures, and entry mat systems.
Earlier in my career, I served as a Project Engineer where I managed cost estimates and supervised on-site installation for granite and marble countertops, cladding, and floor tile works.
