Hi there! I am a former Customer Service Representative for one of the biggest Customer Service provider companies. My former Manager and Supervisor always commends me for my call handling skills and good customer relation. I used to be too shy when talking to someone but that all changed when I entered this industry, and now I am being praised for my good interpersonal communication and how I talk or handle my conversation with my customer. I also have my passion of providing customer service, I mean there's nothing more fulfilling than being able to help out others with their concerns and help brighten up their day by being able to address different concerns.
