As an HR Management Trainee, I am exposed in all the facets of Human Resource. I personally screen potential candidates for positions, interview them, and is in-charge of their onboarding. I also help in payroll, in auditing and planning the companies additional compensation and benefits programs. As an HR Management Trainee, I also shadow HR and Plant Manager, and learn first hand how to handle the employees. I communicate with DOLE, with the employees, and other stakeholders.
