I have worked with two international accounts. The first is a travel account, which is done over the phone. I help customers with flight, hotel, and car reservations. I assist them with reservation booking, cancellation, and any other concerns. The second one is a storage account, and I support customers via email. I assist them in managing their accounts and processing their billing.
