I am a compassionate newly registered nurse that is willing to learn in every aspect of the nursing profession. I have a good communication skills that will provide better flow of understanding between may it be the team or the client. Leadership skills is also my strength as what they said, I was born leader, and I believe that leadership is not only to direct, and to instruct but it is to influence others for the achievement of a common goal.
Lastly, critical thinking skills. I always make sure to make a decision based on a brain-stormed dillemmas before doing it, because a practical yet well-thought of decision will be the best decision be made.
