I help business owners get their operations organized and their marketing actually moving, not just looking busy. For the past few years, I've worked as a Virtual Assistant and Growth Manager for businesses that needed someone to build the systems behind the scenes while keeping the creative and client-facing side running smoothly.
At one previous company, I started as a community manager and grew into a Growth Manager role. Promoted twice in 4 years. I helped shift the brand's marketing from chasing viral -----------nts to building a data-driven strategy, without losing what made the content connect with people in the first place. I introduced Asana and built out SOPs so tasks stopped slipping through the cracks as the team scaled to multiple branches. I also built a sales and performance reporting system that gave leadership real visibility into how each branch and channel was doing.
At another previous company, a one-person coaching business, I ran day-to-day operations pretty much solo. I manage the CRM and project management tools, build out coaching systems and SOPs, coordinate with contractors and editors on deliverables, handle scheduling for meetings and coaching sessions, and produce content for LinkedIn and YouTube, from copy to graphics to pulling soundbites from podcast episodes.
I've also worked with CRM and invoicing systems in a clinic setting, and managed CRM plus project management systems for an Australian VA client. Earlier in my career, I spent time in credit verification at a bank, which is where I learned to handle sensitive client data with care, a habit I still carry into every client relationship today.
I don't just execute tasks, I look for what's missing and fix it
I'm comfortable being the only ops person in the room
I build systems that outlast me, not ones only I understand
I'm honest when I don't know a tool yet, and I learn it fast
If you need someone who can take ownership of your operations, keep your marketing consistent, and actually think about growth instead of just checking boxes, let's talk.
