Working to achieve KPI’s has been a passion for me and helped me grow in my career. I have been the lead opening RTA for Intelegencia’s Turn5 account where we handle US based Sales and CSR agents. During this time, we have always exceeded our clients’ expectations, often receiving commendation by consistently achieving our monthly goals.
