• Over 6 months of experience as a healthcare virtual assistant
• Over 4 years of experience as an administrative support in a BPO setting
• Over 1 year of experience as a hospital staff pharmacist
• 1 year of experience as a community pharmacist in a self-employed business
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, Aperture, JIRA, Workramp, ClickUp, NextGen EMR, PracticeFusion, and other integrated applications
