Hi, my name is Jonathan, and I’m a Registered and Licensed Architect from the Philippines with extensive experience in architecture, construction, and project management.
Throughout my career, I’ve managed projects from design through construction, coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery. I also have experience supporting U.S.-based construction projects remotely, where I worked on estimating, project coordination, change management, document control, RFIs, submittals, and cost tracking while using platforms such as Procore, Viewpoint Vista, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and other industry-standard construction software.
I enjoy working in collaborative environments where I can help keep projects organized, solve problems proactively, and ensure teams stay aligned on schedules, budgets, and project objectives.
